What to Expect After You Sign Up

1. Lease Addendum Sent for Review
We’ll send a draft Lease Addendum to review. This document is not legally binding until both parties sign the final Lease Agreement.

Note: We use the landlord’s lease template for all agreements.

2. Property Setup (10 Days)
Once the lease is signed, you’ll have 10 days to complete setup based on our A–Z Property Checklist.
